1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT will be processed the next business day. During peak periods, processing times may be extended.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL, depending on the destination and service selected.

3. Local Delivery & Pickup

For customers in the Gardena, CA area, we offer:

  • Local Delivery: Available within a 10-mile radius for a flat fee of $5.00. Deliveries are made on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM PT.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We currently ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery. Customs processing may cause delays in delivery times.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

6. Shipping Insurance

We offer optional shipping protection through Route to safeguard against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. This service can be added at checkout for a small fee.

7. Returns & Exchanges
